Okay, question to my fellow mastodon-travellers, who are more savvy than me: Why do I constantly get posts from people I don't follow and hashtags I don't follow? And I DON''T get to see posts from a lot of people I actually follow?... (I get some posts from people I follow, but not at all everything). And then I get a ton of stuff that i cannot "unfollow" bcs I don't follow it in the first place... Beginning to be frustrating... Thanks for any help!

I updated my mastodon app and things are now super clunky. Question: Can you all see the alt text I’m putting on images? I can no longer see what I’m typing for them. Also, I cannot add more information to my post after I add an image.

I’m willing to switch app/client whatever, but does that mean I have to make a new account? Not super tech savvy, but not completely clueless either. #QuestionsAboutMastodon #MastodonHelp

Hey Mastodon Wiz-kids...

Is there a way to *bulk* schedule Toots rather than hand-edit them one by one?

I've found the tool at https://www.scheduler.mastodon.tools/

But I'm wondering if anyone has developed a way to upload a CSV to a similar tool and schedule a mess of Toots.

For anyone thinking of running a large storytelling or history account (to name a few) it would be a boon to be able to write your story, then do a large dump versus feeding the beast with a spoon.
