Quenelle de brochet (pike mousse cake). Traditionally served with sauce Nantua (with crayfish) but the restaurant seemed to use lobster. I'd been looking forward to this dish for over a year and it did not disappoint. #quenelle #brochet #pike #fish #crayfish #lobster #food #restaurant #lyon #france
