I just finished Iron Widow & Zachary Ying by Xiran Jay Zhao, The Empress of Salt And Fortune by Nghi Vo, and also the Mo Dao Zu Shi manhua (adapted from the Mo Xiang Tong Xiu novel).

What those have in common is that they are all queer and all inspired by Imperial China to various degrees... and I'd love to read more!

Does anybody have any recs of more queer books set in China or even better in some settings inspired by Imperial China (this includes xianxia for instance).

I have to say that I'm not really looking for more danmei to read, I would prefer very queer stories by queer authors such as the Xiran Jay Zhao books, but I know that's a lot to ask for
