Walking around another Queens neighborhood today at a community fair. Love that there's a Queenslink table.
Also, Girl Scout cookies may have been purchased (GS troup 4631)

Ever try going to the #Rockaways by car or bus during the PM rush?
I did earlier today on the Q109 bus (A train replacement), and left by Q114.
Conduit westbound, Cross Bay southbound, and Rockaway Blvd southbound are all awful for bus riders.
That's why we need to #BuildtheQueensLink! https://thequeenslink.org/
(The A also needs to run again in May. I always thought Rockaways A trains were too empty, but I will never underappreciate this line again after today.)
“The residents of Queens don't need another train line” my ass!
The #QueensLink fundraiser was completed *three weeks* ahead of the deadline!!
Orgs and electeds chipped in too, with Senator James Sanders Jr. contributing $10k!
We want to #BuildtheQueensLink!!

We're entering an era of renewed public transit interest as Millenials become the biggest generation (and enter our 40s).
It would be insane for us to miss this opportunity to expand subway service in #NYC!
RT @nycpa: New Yorkers in South & Central Queens face some of the longest commutes.
The #QueensLink could shorten daily travel time for thousands of commuters, while also reducing pollution, creating jobs, and spurring economic development.
This is an investment that could pay for itself.
i'm loving all the new energy around #queenslink
i think at the very least the state+MTA can start the process for getting it into the 20-year needs assessment like with the #IBX.
