In den 90ern hatte ich mich für einen Quasimidi Quasar statt z.B. für Roland JV-xx entschieden, da das Gerät mehr meinem Budget und meinen Soundvorlieben entsprach. Ich habe es bis heute nicht bereut. Aber drei Dinge kreide ich Quasimidi an:
1) Dass die scharfkantige Erdungsschraube im Boden so weit hervorragt, dass sie alles zerkratzt, wenn man nicht aufpasst.
2) Dass die Frontplatte mit dem rauen Finish ("Surface by Körber") ein schrecklicher Staubfänger ist.
3) Dass die Umschaltung in den Multimode verwirrend über den Taster "GM" erfolgt.

Who wouldn't want some italo-pop or disco-fox? 16 styles by Quasimidi, for some Roland keyboards, and for the RA50 (which I own, like an mt32 plus CA30 arranger in one desktop module)

Roland TN-SC1 series of cards only had 4 selectable styles. Let's see how Quasimidi got around this...
