still taken by surprise at how decent my hand-in-training is coming along. somehow i thought drawing from reference would need me to remap my coordination, but it does pretty well! didn’t get the snout quite right but this is like the third argonian i’ve drawn ever lol.

herbin’s toits de paris is so awfully dry it’s horrible to write with for me but it makes for a great sketching ink with a fude nib.

i’ll never be able to be someone who can draw every day, especially not when i’m being “told” what to make lol, but i do love seeing everyone’s works for inktober.. quick untrained hand doodle of sargon from last night. some of the proportions got bent but honestly? pretty decent for the hand that’s only been in training a year or so, i’d say #quaggart
