The Kilow needs to do better in my opinion - charging only through a normal socket (not a car charger) and having such a low range (83 miles at best) isn't good enough.
Unfortunately in the UK market a top speed of 50mph will deter many or most buyers, even a modest increase to lorry speed (56mph) might help, and this would still be in the L7e classification
