For all sorts of reasons, I do not post my thoughts about every Kpop release I come across.

Nevertheless, I do want to say how disappointed I am with this latest title track from Purple Kiss.

The song itself isn't terrible, though it sounds to my ear like some uninspired Red Velvet. My disappointment and frustration stem from my recognition of the group's vocal talents. In a better world and with better material, Purple Kiss would be reckoned as one of Kpop's top groups.

As far as the styling for this stage is concerned, I might be missing something, but I am reminded of the uniforms worn in mid C20th juvenile detention centers.

I wish their agency could do better by this group.
