I love this kind of workouts! There's obviously #core work, with a particular focus on engaging the pelvic floor if you listen to Ashley Lee's tips. And a balanced mix of #cardio, #ballet and #mobility exercises.

Even if I suck at #ronddejambe my PT told me that I need that to prevent injuries when #running. Apparently I rely too much on my eyes to get balance and I should involve more my ears and my core muscles

@angrylittlekitty it's the #Pumatrac app. It's a free app and it's quite good. I only wish it would better display the overall time progress and next exercise/section of a workout.

Ashley Lee provides barre workouts. I found her beginner level more of an intermediate one. Other instructors provides HIIT mixed with dance, boxing, strength training, etc.
