I think I’m mixing up two games (wouldn't suprise me considering how long it's been). I found one CIA game (https://archive.org/details/cia-adventure) that is ringing the bell as far as the text part of it. However, the game I'm thinking about definitely had a blue background simulating logging into a goverment agenvy computer just can’t thinking of what it was… this is going to eat at me… the blue screen was *VGA... this was post Commodore64 for me. #pullingmyhairout what little is left lol
