@MisterOpenData Das eigentliche Problem ist nicht der Mangel an #OpenData bzw. #PublicData, sondern deren redaktioneller Aufbereitung. Die Daten existieren und sind auch (technisch) zugänglich. Doch sie müssen gefiltert, kuratiert und nutzerfreundlich (also redaktionell) aufbereitet werden, damit die Öffentlichkeit sie überhaupt finden und vor allem sinnvoll nutzen kann.

I wrote detailed API documentation on most of the public APIs of the Ukrzaliznytsia online timetable along with a detailed implementation guide to actually write down the code I for gathering real schedule data from Ukraine.
