For folks in and around Ann Arbor:
On March 2, the public is invited to join in singing Irish drinking songs, sea shanties, and other traditional tunes at the second pub sing at Conor O’Neill’s on Main Street.
The pub sing is 7pm to 9pm in the Celtic Room.
Not only am I enough of a geek to have scripts that use pandoc, Python, and bash to assemble a pub songbook in epub format (a pub epub, as it were), now those scripts can check which song files are unknown to git and put them in a "New songs this edition" list at the front.
Maybe everyone else knew about this a decade ago but the Vancouver Morris Men have a 170+ page songbook online:

Not all the songs are suitable for a capella pub singing (Dedicated Follower of Fashion for instance) but there's a lot that is. Tunes are up to you.
Join us every second Saturday of the month at 1pm to learn more about area and industrial history, engineering, archeology, water access and more from experts in a variety of fields. On January 10, Jeff Keller, organizer of local pub and chantey sings, and his friends are coming to the Waterworks Museum to delight us with an afternoon of songs related to coal-mining, steamships, locomotives, and more.All Second Saturday Speaker Series events are upstairs in the Overlook Gallery. The presentations are free and open to everyone, including walk-in visitors, space permitting. Just got word the Syracuse Pub Sing is moving to second Sunday each month, 2–5 pm, at Seneca Street Brewpub in Manlius starting in January. All are welcome, come sing a song or just join in the choruses!
