I wish there was a foolproof way to prevent dreaming.

I dream sometimes, and when I wake I can usually catch the tail end of the dream vanishing into the ether, so I know I dreamed but don't really know what about.

Then days or weeks later, I can get random memories popping up of what I usually realise is from a dream, but I'm not always certain. Sometimes it feels uncertain what was real and what was a dream, which is disconcertingly close to #psychosis.

Could do without it.
