Wise up about the personality disorders in play, and how they shift across themselves rather than being only one.

Anyone intact after dealing with them up close will tell you that the minimal time placating seems to buy is undermined by it being seen as weakness easier to attack, and that the delay is used to get to know you more to attack harder, sooner. You NEVER give these types what they want unless briefly to escape/survive a life threatening situation. Setting traps and backstabbing is the name of the corruption game, so it is nonsense to walk into it collectively. Instead CEOs and leaders should collectively dig heels in to stop the wheels of toxicity turning. Put sticks in the spokes of the psychopathy, using false trails and aloofness to be hard to read as the wheels come off incrementally.

Corruption and narcissistically driven sociopathy/psychopathy are a Venus fly trap scenario. EVERY leader and voter should be aware enough to know this, wherever they are in the world. Break the links and keep nipping the buds, because corruption is already doing that to you. It erodes life for all, poor or wealthy. Thinking otherwise because of hoarded wealth or perceived 'success' in a current exploitative economic paradigm is madness.
