Seit ein paar Wochen plagt mich eine Psoriasis, die sich u. a. an beiden Händen, vor allem in den Handflächen, ausgebreitet hat.

Das ist so schmerzhaft.

Beim Frühstück konnte ich mir nicht mal ein Stück Käse abschneiden und musste meinen Liebsten um Hilfe bitten.

Ich bin echt genervt, weil ich nicht kann wie ich will.
