GroinkWat? Is this a thing? It's been a minute since I worked with this vintage of Pro Tools, but I don't recall anything special about the DACs in Digidesign interfaces -- especially not the 001 and LE software.
I mean, _maybe_ the 888/24 and TDM cards? Those Digital Audio G4s were pretty solid though. But $500? GTFO.

🖖Discovered this free DAW plugin manager. I've been looking for something like this for a while. I am pleased to say it works really well and clawed back 26GB of space on my internal drive!
It doesn't delete the plugin, but offloads them to another location that you specify (if you like) I moved mine to an external drive. Plugoff stores with them the original location, so you can reverse the process on an individual plugin basis, or in bulk.
