Protesting the Smash-and-Grab Presidency With Nikhil Pal Singh

Nikhil Pal Singh on building bigger coalitions and where the opposition goes in this increasingly hostile protest environment.

When I went to my first protest, I chose to only upload the photos I took onto Tiktok, due to not knowing if I should post them onto here when I didn't see any other protesters or journalists uploading their photos in the local feed. But after going to this most recent protest, I've decided to share the photos I took on here as well since that was a big part on why I moved to this platform, to be able to speak my voice on how I feel about anything and everything, to show where I stand. So I will be uploading the photos from June 14th next. These are from March 28, 2026, No Kings Protest in St. Louis MO. There were at least, if not more, 6 blocks filled of thousands of people who showed up to unite together to show we are against this administration trying to turn our country into authoritarianism. This is just St. Louis alone, there were others all throughout Missouri that showed up in different counties/cities that protested, and that makes me feel so proud of my state, that so many people actually disagree with what Trump has been doing despite technically being "a red state." Every visible face captured will always be blurred to protect others privacy

A few dozen of us patriots at the #TeslaTakedown in Devon this morning. I'm hopeful that as this disaster continues to unfold, and the weather warms, our numbers will grow.

Several dozen of us at this morning's #TeslaTakedown #demonstration in Devon, PA. I was underdressed, not having checked the weather since earlier in the week. But I stuck it out, because although I feel like all is lost, I have my part to play still.

But what is it about the young men? We had a group of late teens go by four times, hanging out of their mom's SUV, yelling Trump stuff at us. I wonder ...

Victory! Tenth Circuit Finds Fourth Amendment Doesn’t Support Broad Search of Protesters’ Devices and Digital Data

In a big win for protesters’ rights, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit overturned a lower court’s dismissal of a challenge to sweeping warrants to search a protester’s devices and digital data and a nonprofit’s social media data. The case, Armendariz v. City of Colorado Springs, arose...
