Small addition, because I saw some people worry about that. No, neither Nightshade nor Glaze impact image to text generators / support for visually impaired people online. :)
Basic summary: They are two completely different programs and "see" the images in different ways. The changes made by Nightshade and glaze are not visible for the generators creating descriptions.
