Seems to be a lot of #legislation being proposed/passed in the name of #protectingchildren. In addition to #dragshows, there is a push to #banbooks.

When I was a junior in high school, we were assigned a book report. When asked what I was doing my on I told the teacher #DeepThroat. When she said that was fine, I asked her if she realized a movie had just been released based on the book and it was at the center of a lot of controversy. She told me "I cannot dictate what you read." What a fantastic teacher!

Oh, I wound up getting the highest grade in the class on my report. I'm not sure, but I believe it "tingled her juices" if you know what I mean.

Come on people, let kids be kids!! They are exposed to much more explicit content on television, the internet, and from you at home!
