The situation is equally shameful, or worse, in #Brazil. We are increasingly barred from civic participation unless we submit to Google or Apple's proprietary #enshittification. Wishing you success in halting this; let it set a precedent for our authorities too.

My Order of Engineers - the Italian organisation you must join after passing an exam if you want to practise as an engineer in Italy - organize online courses.

Engineers in Italy must attend at least 20 hours a year on average to maintain membership.

And they foolishly chose to use GoToMeeting. I bear with it grudgingly as I would have rather choised free-as-in
