It's clear the #AMS system is a very imperfect system of #proportional #representation - #PR - producing #disproportional #results, as John Curtice notes, @ScottishGreens. #STV in multi-member constituencies, as used for the #Northern #Ireland #Assembly #elections, & for the Dáil Éireann in the #Irish #Republic, is preferable, & is certainly preferable to the #closed #Party #list system in multi-member constituencies now in use for the #Welsh #Senedd.
