Reducing our reliance on fossil fuels is a GOOD thing, so what if some Middle Class homes get a subsidy for it, the Rich do.
Never going to happen in our flat though, Property Guardians and all that...we slip through these cracks..

Chatting with the neighbours about the scaffolding going up for the gas pipe renovation, not everybody was informed about it, my poor neighbour was woken up by the works
. 'A positive sign they aren't tearing down the block' I added, an always constant worry on our minds. Though we sure some residents OWN the flat they are in so won't be heading off anytime soon, as Property Guardians we would only be given two weeks notice of the End.
An inconvenience but still a good sign, in October a company will be going round the building updating all the gas pipes.
As we are Property Guardians, this is a good sign that this building isn't going anywhere for a while.
And before any stranger jumps on me and says "Nooooo, not fossil fuel gas" we're poor and have no choice in the matter.
So shut it.
We're just glad to have a roof over our heads at a decent price in London
I hope this will apply to Property Guardians, we've been wanting to expand our family for a while now, sneaking scritches off next door's lovely dog

We're not protected by rental agreements and we have a two week notice of when the lease is up, the place we are in now is great but we can never feel secure and we're not allowed pets.
