For the hopefully curious, here’s some pics; I found a puncture and a tear in the snare head, no idea why nobody had bothered to touch this snare up sooner. You can also see where the snare wire rested by the grime  


Imma give it some love once I figure out how to clean it safely, hopefully maybe I can restore some of the scuffing?
