Started the morning with a Benz getting its Stage 1 and sensor calibration dialled in. Pure German precision—everything just clicks into place, apart from the ECU in the wheel arch never a fan of that design.
Then a Peugeot 208 that had been in and out of more garages than a Formula 1 pit crew. The diagnosis? A cascade of errors that would have cost a small fortune to fix, sorted and back to the customer.

So I self-inserted myself into somebody else's car project...
And look, I love projects. I thrive with troubleshooting,
But when the initial issue ends up being a dead battery before the ride-along, it really takes the wind out if my sails. The car's from the 90s, so at least the electrical issues are manageable with diagrams, screwdrivers, and a multimeter.

I'm stoked that they have the FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL for the car. Chilton and Haynes I still swear by, but the nutcases who made the car also helped make the book, so it's primary source for the fuckery I will encounter.
