In the morning, feel free to join the Effekt tutorial and learn about using effect systems in programming.
In the afternoon, we will take a look around our host city in the Prague walking tour. Participants will visit Prague Castle.

Today, we will have the second round of research paper presentations as well as the second round of the ACM Student Research Competition. We will announce the #SRC winners at today's conference closing 🏆
We are starting the day with a keynote by Thomas Wuerthinger on "What We Tried and Didn't Work for GraalVM".
Dobré ráno! After a successful second #prog25 day with the #VIMPL and #SCLIT workshops, the #Substrates working group, and Lightning Talks, the main conference will start today.

The welcome reception took place at Prague's old townhall, giving participants a unique look behind the scenes of its famous astronomical clock.

Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis. The program is not finalized yet, but talks are expected to have a 15 minute time slot plus discussion.

Lightning Talks provide attendees of ‹Programming› with the opportunity to discuss their recent and ongoing work, clarify problem statements, get feedback on their ideas or identify suitable evaluation methods. They offer an excellent opportunity for authors to receive feedback from the ‹Programming› community and encourage discussions on a technical topic. If you are thinking how to turn your ideas into a paper for ‹Programming› 2026, consider submitting a talk proposal!
