Why am I doing this (work stuff) on the weekend?
I can't put it off any more I guess... (I'd like to spend my time doing better/more useful things at work I suppose)
Mindfucked sitting through bias training video [can't speed up] - because 1. it's so asinine and obvious, and 2. based on past experience in review panels people still need it!

Where do I place the googly eyes on this? I even got big ones (and there are a lot more) + plenty of small + colored ones too.
Help - what do I do?
(I think it should have eyes all over - even on the arms, parts that move)
Tonight’s graduation was 3hrs 30min including the pre-ceremony reception. It was very positive, great to see my students and colleagues there. But now I don’t want to talk to another human for a long time. And I would like to go for a walk on the beach very soon.
Our 15th annual undergraduate research colloquium is now done. It was a great event and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Right as I was announcing the second round of posters, the fire alarm went off! Fortunately it ended up just being a nice 15 min break outside on a cool spring day. I ended the day at a reception for a colleague leaving for a new job. I learned so much from working with her.
Lots of emotions and exhaustion tonight, but also grateful.
Grading done (almost all students) and grades uploaded. Stayed up all night (not for that) so we/family didn't have to wait till Tuesday... (to take some time off)
