OK. I'm a bit torn.

Whilst I agree the W3C logo needed a revamp why have they elected to use ALL CAPS in the tagline that creates the circle around the logo?

From a readability perspective I've always advocated ALL CAPS be avoided. I understood this was part of WCAG also.

I thought about posting this comment to LinkedOut but fear the backlash.

Have I missed the memo?
