Sth I've wanted to share for a while:
If you're a #primarycaregiver for someone #medicated and you live in a country where the changes in #medication are not immediately stored online for #hospital access, this might be handy.
I've been working health related for a few decades, and at least in Germany when a new patient is admitted to the hospital, hospital staff rarely have a definite way to find out about the medication the patient is taking.
