Do not even liberal humanitarians believe this— as evidenced by all the posing with giant checks in tuxedoes and gowns, to get some kind of credit?

@[email protected] I struggled to read that because my brain is strange. It took a quick glance and guessed that the text said "My right ear..." and refused to look again to get the real words for several seconds.

I was so confused.

Then I read it and was all #HellYeah #PreachIt

You do not have to convince God to be good.
You do not need to manipulate God into faithfulness.
He is faithful and true. He knows just how hard it is to be human.
How could the God who knows you better than you know yourself ever truly be disappointed in you? Doesn't he already know what to expect?
He knows you do what you feel is best at the time, even though you don't really know what is best. He knows you have regrets. He knows you are scarred by sin. He knows you hope against hope and don't even know what to hope for.
He gets you. He is for you.

Then when I replied with a truth of my #experiences in #life I would often hear them say: Oh that's too much! You can't be that #honest

These days I wonder if I should be a #recluse and be #quiet - What if people actually started listening?

Much of society is jaded and afraid to be honest incase the #zombies awaken and try to eat them
