Das wirkt auch irgendwie nicht ganz durchdacht/gut getestet. Beim #Dell #Precision #7740 Laptop kann im BIOS die Video-Einstellung so gesetzt werden, dass nur noch externe Monitore ein Bild Anzeigen.
Soweit noch ok, aber wenn ich dann versuche wieder ins BIOS zu kommen, egal ob ein externer Monitor angeschlossen ist oder nicht, das BIOS Menü kommt auf dem Laptop Display. Das aber aus ist. XD
Erst ein BIOS reset behebt das Problem. Und dazu muss der Akku abgezogen werden, die Rückwand aufgeschraubt und die BIOS Knopfzellen abgestöpselt werden.

On the first clause, yes (but it measures what it measures).
On the second, it is a basic principle of #measurement that #accuracy and #precision should each be known and reckoned with, but that large departures from perfection in either or both do not prevent useful measurements being made.
(When the fiction is reduced the instrument needs recalibrating.)
