Germany has the most contributors on it, you never saw this website mentioned anywhere?

I sent a postcard to someone in this country recently. (If of course your instance means that you live there, mine being a French one but I don’t live there).

I saw also a few posts in German on the Fediverse with #PostCrossing

Si vous aimez envoyer et recevoir des cartes postales, et surtout si vous le pouvez, voici le site international PostCrossing. Site que j’ai découvert grâce à @pycomtois

Le principe est simple pour chaque carte envoyée, vous en recevrez une en retour d'une personne choisie au hasard.

Vous pouvez aussi consulter le forum de la communauté pour participer, si vous le souhaitez, à divers échanges et jeux , et même à des rencontres en personne.

Le site est en anglais, mais le forum propose des discussions dans d’autres langues.

If you like, and of course if you can, send and receive postcards let me suggest you the PostCrossing website. It’s an amazing international project!

“The idea is simple: for each postcard you send, you will receive one back from a random postcrosser.“

You can also check the Community forum to participate if you wish in round robin, lottery, penpal exchange, etc. and also meet up!

The website language is English but in the forum you can find discussions in different languages. Maybe a fun way to practice a different language too?!
