Formed in 1980 by the Marvelli brothers, 7 Seconds is pretty much responsible for creating the Reno hardcore scene of the early 80s, as well as the style of punk called ‘positive hardcore’. This type of enthusiasm and intelligence are the hallmarks of this primitively produced debut EP.
