Today marks the fourth day in our new apartment with the lovely @dotmargui . I decided to be resourceful and use the skills my parents gave me and it came out like this!

A carrot, mushroom and zucchini soup with a dollop of sour cream. And then two panfried toast sandwiches with #Portuguese rolo de carne made by our local butcher. Buttered thinly with sour cream on one side, a calabrese pesto on the other side and some aged gouda cheese for good measure too.

Came out delicious!
