Ora, il processo di stipula di un mutuo è complesso perché richiede molti documenti, molte informazioni. Quindi è necessaria molta tecnologia a supporto di tutti i processi e le interconnessioni con le Api e le banche stesse, per rendere l'attività molto più agevole per tutte le parti. La tecnologia è fondamentale. Quello che abbiamo fatto è stato creare una piattaforma chiamata Clinica, proprio come nel caso del medico, che supporta il processo in ogni passaggio da quando il cliente entra nel nostro sistema".
