Die Tschentenalp oberhalb Adelboden wird beworben als „Der Hausberg für Geniesser“. Dies ist sie tatsächlich: In sieben Minuten fährt man aus dem Dorf mit einer „Gruppenumlaufbahn“ da hoch und ist anschliessend mitten im Schnee. Viel hat es nicht da: Eine Handvoll Skipisten, einige Schlittelbahnen inklusive Schlitten-Verleih, wenige Spazierwege, von denen diesmal je nach körperlicher Verfassung nicht viele so wirklich begehbar waren. Dazu die grosse Schaukel weiter vorne auf dem Berg, die wir diesmal jedoch links liegen liessen.
Für uns zählte jedoch als Genuss ganz klar auch der Aufenthalt im Restaurant. Zu zweit hatten wir ein „Plättli“ bestellt. Mit Fleisch- und Käsespezialitäten aus der Region. Wir konnten nicht anders: Wir mussten es geniessen. Langsam. Bissen für Bissen. Der Genuss war gross. Die Portion auch. Wir hatten zu zweit mehr als genug. Nächstes Mal nehmen wir ein kleines Plättli zusammen.
Das ist Genuss genug …
