8 days to Legends ZA now for the Kalos team of Y… anyways Gardevoir is a mega here because Greninja didn’t have one if it DID back THEN I would have made it the mega as a result Gardevoir was the dedicated mega of the team… which I also got the stone for in Omega Ruby first as I did by that point get a second 3DS (well NEW 2DS but still…)

Pokemon X/Y (3DS) - Battle Maison Kalos Starters Challenge #2
Ruth / AnarchaeCleared the ice gym. It was actually hard because I was trying not to use my starter Delphox, just pokemon around the same level as the gym trainers. But a lot of these were a bit too tough for my poor weak Lampent. So cute, and yet such shit stats and moves. So I ended up steamrolling everything with Delphox anyway. The gym designs in this game are very cool, both visually and the little puzzle elements. Now I am being encouraged to go to the Pokemon League but I think I need to do some backtracking now I have all the HMs and see what I've missed. #PokemonY
My defeating Flare fit. Cleared out the HQ and met and caught the Legendary tonight. I was determined to catch it without using the Master Ball but I accidentally killed it and had to reset, got it on the second try with the first Dusk Ball I threw. Based on the concept art and stuff I wasn't that into Yveltal but seeing it in-game with animations it's growing on me. Still not sure why Lysandre blew up the weapon but on to the last gym I guess. #PokemonY
Beat Lysandre's lab and watched him unlock the Definitely Not Nuclear Weapon Allegory. I had forgotten how intense the real plot of this game is. Like, the whole battling gyms and Elite Four stuff feels very secondary to the threat of magic nuclear winter. And the giant ancient engineer king who was in love with a flower Pokemon. But anyway look at my Golurk it's so massive and funny and cute.
