I want to make a #plushie of my fursona as a christmas present for my partner, and I'm considering including sex features. But I'm not sure how to go about it.

It's more important to my partner that the plushie can be used as normal -- snuggled and displayed on a shelf. I know there are a lot of commercial products with a massive void in the back for a masturbator to be inserted, but I'm worried that void will affect how cuddly it is. Would I need to include a stuffed plug to fill the void?
