My Monstera cutting has a leaf. I potted up the cutting a few weeks back after keeping it in a jug since late last year. The root ball had gotten pretty large (bigger than a fist) and I thought there might have been a leaf on the way and it was probably the right time to move it.

The Monstera lives on my desk so every morning has involved much marvelling over the extra few bits of unfurling.

A year or so ago I was given this old labware. Then sometime last year there was a Gardener's World episode where someone used these to propogate and display Polka-dot Begonias in. I have since started using these for the same. When putting up the Xmas tree early December a small part of NY Purple Heart broke off. Now it is already pushing out roots. The bowl of the Florence flask (as I have since learned it is called) makes for great observation of the rooting cutting!
