Well, I began working on a planche! Video attached is my first attempt.
And after doing a bunch of work, my arms are noodles being shaken by my pecs which cannot engage, even slightly, without quivering.
I didn't get to do any partner acro, so I will be skipping planchework on Wednesday, but I feel like today was a *good* day for me, work-wise.
