This AA battery organizer ist based on the crate design of a local beer brand. The optional feet, that make this model stackable, come in a separate STL file and can simply be plugged into the corners of the crate bottom.I also added a file that has supports in the middle of the handle hole in case bridging issues occur. I'm going to add a AAA variant if this model gets popular.
ugh... this 3d printer refurb project isn't going as smoothly as I hoped.
Working with PETG on this printer I'm borrowing is not the easiest material to use, and I don't have a lot of time to spend dialing in the settings to get it all right. It's a lot of trial and error and a lot of wasted material.
Kind of some good news is I learned that I don't need to use PETG. PETG and PLA filament have a lot of the same properties that are perfectly fine for the parts on the printer I'm upgrading. So I'm just going to move from PETG to PLA or PLA+ which is a lot easier to use.
