Had a very yummy dinner tonight: pizza knots, potato wedges, vegetarian "meat" balls, a salad and some marinara sauce to dip it all in. We used our own tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden, as well as three differently aged parmesan cheeses: 36-, 48- and 60-months old.
