@miriamrobern When I was first checking out Fediverse and related open source distributed social media, I looked at Pixelfed as an alternative to Insta... This was before the initial bird sight exodus. There just didn't seem to be many people posting and the most populous instances had relatively few members.
As I am trying to get myself back into #photography I have been wondering if I should try #PixelFed with a dedicated client or just #PixelLab, which has some support for it, though I don't know what.
