After upgrading my #Pixel6a from #LineageOS 23 to LineageOS 23.2, I am unable to obtain #root using the usual method via #Magisk. It results in trying to boot to fall back to fastboot mode.
I am thinking of downgrading to LineageOS 23, but that will involve losing the data partition and thus having to reconfigure the whole device.
Any ideas are welcome about how to overcome this issue. 🙏

Shout-out @iFixit for their wonderful #pixel6a battery replacement kit and instructions.
My wife's phone was one of those that google throttled down because of problematic batteries.
I bought the kit from #ifixit, and, following their step by step instructions, I was able to open the phone, remove the battery, stick in the new battery, and put everything together (the shaped glue tape is fantastic). It took 2-3 hours, not easy, I have to say.
And it works, which I doubted until the end (because of low trust in my abilities, not quality of stuff)
My phone instead is a Fairphone 4... Battery replacement is... 1 minute. I can probably do it with 1 hand, blindfolded 😁

Anyone interested in #Pixel6a with #GrapheneOS pre-installed? I'm selling mine for 2500 CZK (€100) + shipping.
If you'd like to try GrapheneOS on something cheaper before committing to it with a more expensive phone, this is a great option. It's what I did and happily used the phone for almost a year. It has a surprisingly good camera for the price.

Dort findet man auch einen Link zu einer weiteren Seite, wo man anhand der IMEI testen kann, ob das eigene Pixel 6a betroffen ist. Leider muss man sich mit einem Google-Konto anmelden.
Glücklicherweise scheint mein Gerät nicht betroffen zu sein. 😌
