recreation of the pixel font from SNK's dark arms: beast buster (1999) on the neo geo pocket color. only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Worrrking on the game… Just some WIPs for the sprite and part of griffin (one of the types) concept. I do not like this pose for idle sprite, looks more of just artwork, dunno. Just looks like a pixel artwork for a scene or smthn. Will experiment more, mb will finish it anyway but dunno fr. second time doing pixel art n 'tis no easy at all really.
If the griffin looks unwell/unhealthy - am happy, that’s the supposed look xD tried to use some features from those birds living near the water but I cant even remember their name (not seagulls, those bigger ones who usually have funny names) and sketched from memories so ofc will be fixing everything later. For now am happy I managed at least something today.
