Tahmelan Huvilan #sauna is located on the southern slope of the #Pispala hill, not far from the city center. There are two saunas in the location. First and older is a continuously wood heated one at the basement of an old, beautiful wooden Villa (Huvila in finnish) with pretty good löyly (Aufgus in german, the hot water steam when throwing the water into the stove). Showers are located in the basement next to the sauna room and this represents a very typical traditional sauna setup.

Unessa Ylä-#Pispala oli vielä paljon ”ylempi” kuin todellisuudessa: Näsijärven rannasta Santalahdesta lähti kaksikin eri kuljetinta Pyhäjärven suuntaan korkeille huipuille, toinen avovaunuinen #ratikka, toinen, korkeammalle nouseva, ihan oikea #köysirata. Sinne ylös piti päästä, koska siellä olivat yliopiston ruokalat, joihin meillä oli aamiaiskupongit. #unet #Tampere
