Hallo @vicgrinberg @no_brainer hat mich ja gerade erwähnt. Meine Partnerin (selber anti-Eso 😉, sie kommt eher von der Sportwissenschaftlichen, und als studierte Tänzerin auch anatomisch, somatischen Seite) betreibt schon lange bevor #Pilates Hype wurde in Berlin ihr Pilatesstudio Pilatique. Sie hat in der Pandemie die #Hörpilatique aufgebaut.

Vorteil am reinen Audioformat ist, dass du Dich mit den Audios voll auf Dich und die Bewegung konzentrieren kannst, was mit Video nicht wirklich geht (es gibt allerdings abstrakte Bilder, um die Übungen grafisch vorab zu illustrieren).
Vielleicht magst Du es mal ausprobieren, eine Woche ist kostenlos, wenn es was für Dich ist, dann kannst Du selber einen für Dich angemessenen Betrag wählen (selbstgewählter Solidarpreis je nach finanziellen Möglichkeiten):

Observations: Vevor offers a solid product for the price point but it's awkward for both home use (big boi) or commercial (slow and annoying to adjust for different users.) The documentation is laughably bad but assembly is obvious enough to get through it. Ok, fine. The carriage is smooth and quiet enough, which is very important to me. Clinical looking; it reads as medical rehab equipment which is apropos. I miss having a headrest so I will need to make myself a pillow. Worst issue: everything that can be adjusted is annoying. Yet I'm happy with it. Solid. I feel secure working on it. With a little care this should last for decades.
