Another #drawing done with #DerwentInktense based on a photo from our #hiking through #Piedmont last summer.
I remember watching the clouds, since thunderstorms were forecast for the afternoon.
When I finished this drawing, I didn't like it. Now, I like it better, especially the texture of the pencil strokes. These remind me of van Gogh' paintings. 😉
To learn how to use Derwent Inktense, I watched a lot of Youtube videos by #ColinWoodward and tried to copy them.

I was going through my photos and found pictures of a few more drawings from our #hiking trip through #Piedmont last summer.
These aren't "real" urban sketches because I didn't draw them on the spot; I did them at home.
For this drawing, I used #DerwentInktense watercolor pencils. I like the texture of the pencil strokes.
By the way, in a month we'll be back in Piedmont and will be #hiking a few more sections of the Grande Traversata delle Alpi (GTA).
