There was about a peck of peppers picked and pickled. 6 quarts of sweet Red Marconi and 3.5 quarts of hot Jalapenos.
These are just going into refrigeration. Last years canning was just jars of mush but the extras in the fridge were great. 3 to 1 vinegar to sugar brine heated up to mix but not boiled and cooled some before jars filled.
