A Stór (Irish for "my treasure") is a piece for marimba, piano, and fretless bass. It’s inspired by Piazzolla and dedicated to Tiziana.

The bass I used here is a 1960s Höfner 182 that I’ve had since the 90s. It originally belonged to my uncle -- he played it with his band in the late Sixties. He gave it to me, and that's how I started playing. Since then, it’s been modified a bit: a friend from my very first band removed the frets and painted it black, and I recently updated the pickups.
