I've looked up what I thought the length of my sessions be at the beginning when I'm not in a frenzy and they say it's ideal for kids around 12 because they don't have the attention span. I am 26 but I have adhd does this count. #piano #pianobeginner #pianolearning #music #ADHD #adhdlife
