One side-effect of this is I’ve been using #photomatorapp ’in anger’. It works with Apple’s photo library (which I’ve been gradually filling up since the iPhone 3GS), but has far more granular editing features than the stock Photos app (RIP Aperture 3).

I really like it, and it is still available as a perpetual license, which is refreshing. Worth a look if you want a Lightroom alternative and are in the Apple ecosystem.
